Welcome to Vegas Humpday Party (“VHP”). By accessing our website (https://vegashumpdayparty.com/) or purchasing tickets to our events, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility & Age Restriction

You must be at least 21 years of age to use this website, subscribe to our list, or attend our events. By purchasing a ticket or entering our platform, you legally represent and warrant that you are 21+ and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Event Admission & Vetting Rules

  • Intended Audience: Our events are exclusively curated for male/female (M/F) couples and single females.
  • Identification: Valid, government-issued photo ID is strictly required for entry to verify your identity and legal age. No ID means no entry, with no exceptions and no refunds.
  • Right of Refusal: VHP reserves the absolute right to refuse entry or remove any guest from the venue at any time, for any reason, to preserve the comfort, safety, and respect of the party environment.

3. Strict Ticketing, Lock-Out, & Refund Policies

  • All Sales Are Final: Ticket purchases are non-refundable. There are no refunds, credits, or exchanges for any reason.
  • Strict Arrival Window: Doors close for the main event at 9:30 PM sharp. Punctuality is mandatory to preserve the event atmosphere. Latecomers who arrive after doors close will be locked out and will not be issued a refund.
  • Non-Transferable: Tickets are non-transferable. Your ticket is dynamically tied to your identity and reservation; you cannot sell, give away, or swap your ticket with another person.

4. Code of Conduct & BYOB Policy

  • Respect & Consent: VHP cultivates a comfortable, respectful, and body-positive environment. Explicit, unambiguous consent is mandatory for all interactions. Disrespectful, aggressive, or non-consensual behavior will result in immediate removal and a permanent ban from future events.
  • BYOB Policy: VHP events are Bring Your Own Beverage (BYOB). Guests are responsible for bringing their own alcoholic beverages. Soft drinks, water, and snacks are provided complementarily. Guests must consume alcohol responsibly; disruptive intoxication will result in immediate ejection.
  • Dress Code: Club wear or outfits that match the theme are required. We reserve the right to deny entry based on failure to comply with the mandated upscale/sexy dress code standards.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, text, logos, graphics, and promotional materials displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Vegas Humpday Party. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our digital assets without explicit written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability & Waiver

By purchasing a ticket and attending a VHP event, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in a social nightlife gathering. You agree that Vegas Humpday Party, its organizers, hosts, and venue partners are not liable for any personal injury, property loss, or illness resulting from attendance. You attend entirely at your own risk.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or attendance at events following modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
